I design and improve HR processes, creating efficient onboarding workflows and building talent pipeline. In business & product development, I manage client relations and lead generation, as well as launch and develop online courses and resources.

I pitched marketing plans to our mentor, MILO RTD’s Brand Manager and externals like Free Tree Society and Mossery. I was involved in the preparation and execution phases of the marketing initiatives.
I'm also doing research on psychological ownership among startup and scale-up founders and employees in the UK. This study aims to find out what drives their deep connection to their businesses and what might break that attachment. If you're interested in this topic, feel free to reach out!
